After Losing My Memory, I Fell for My Childhood Friend’s Roommate

After discovering my boyfriend was flirting with his senior, I got into a car accident while looking for him and temporarily lost my memory after hitting my head. My childhood sweetheart rushed to the hospital, but pointed to my cold-faced roommate and claimed he was my boyfriend, hoping to use him to get rid of me. Knowing nothing, I took the aloof heartthrob's hand and gazed at him with shining eyes. “So you're my boyfriend.” Later, my memories returned, and I got together with the heartthrob. When I tried to cut ties with my childhood sweetheart for good, he completely lost it.
