Reborn on the Day I Chose a Pill Furnace with My Junior Sister

I won first place in the sect tournament, but my junior sister got there first and sealed a blood contract with the Xuanming Pill Furnace. In my previous life, unwilling to let down the Sect Leader’s efforts, I reclaimed the furnace. With the aid of the furnace spirit, I not only refined spirit pills that benefited the sect, but also dazzled everyone in the competition. My junior sister grew jealous and secretly planted a soul-devouring curse inside the Xuanming Pill Furnace. After I was cursed, Xuanming let me be reduced to ashes rather than harm my junior sister. When I opened my eyes again, my junior sister was once more the first to claim the furnace. This time, I picked up the nameless pill furnace that had originally belonged to her. The Sect Leader tried to dissuade me. “The furnace is covered in rust, and its spirit is nowhere to be found. How will you compete in the Five Sects Tournament?” But who says an alchemist can only achieve the Great Dao with the help of a furnace spirit? On the day of the competition, I chased my opponents off in a panic, wielding the nameless furnace. As I swung it around, a lazy voice rang in my ear. “Hm? Is there an earthquake?”
