My Mother-in-Law Is a Drama Queen

In front of others, my mother-in-law would say, “I’ll treat you like my own daughter. Leave it to me, I’ll help look after the baby. You just stay home and rest.” Behind my back, she’d say, “This isn’t my child. You can look after it yourself. I’m going to play mahjong.” She wanted me to quit my job and stay home with the baby so she could go play mahjong. My mother-in-law produced a video and tearfully claimed I was cheating, even giving out my ID so everyone online would know. What she didn’t know was that I was secretly livestreaming her twisted, ugly face on my phone. When netizens saw the shocking reversal, they all cursed her for deceiving them. In the end, my husband and I divorced, and she went back to the countryside. Now she’d have plenty of people to play mahjong with.
