Reborn on the Day I Asked for the Heavenly Princess's Hand

My younger brother and I accidentally transmigrated into a world of immortals while playing a video game. We arrived just as Fairy Qinglan was battling a nine-tailed silver fox. In our previous life, my brother chose to rescue the seemingly saintly Fairy Qinglan, but in the end, he was killed by the fairy. Regretting his choice, my brother self-destructed his golden core when I was ascending to immortality, taking me down with him. Reborn, my brother raced toward the nine-tailed silver fox first. I smiled to myself. Did he really not want the life of someone above everyone else?
