Mutants in the Apocalypse: My Older Sister Stole My Dragon-Husband

As species changed and mutated, the dragon race, once ruler of all beasts, developed seahorse-like bodies. Dragon eggs came from the father’s belly, and the mother incubated them. My elder half-sister married the Dragon Crown Prince, while I was promised to the frail Fourth Prince. After the wedding, the Dragon Crown Prince laid a golden egg, while the Fourth Prince produced a tiny, ugly snake egg. When the incubation period ended, my sister’s dragon egg had spoiled, while my snake egg grew bigger and bigger until it hatched into a golden baby dragon. My sister went mad with fury. She killed my child and then killed me. When she opened her eyes again, she married the Fourth Prince without hesitation. “This time, I’ll be the one who gains status through my child.” I smiled. She wanted to jump into the fire for me. I was grateful.
