Pretend to Be Crazy and Act Stupid

This time I am writing a movie script, hoping that one day it will be put on the screen. The nurse at the mental hospital said, "They are really crazy, not pretending to be crazy. What are you afraid of..." In this world, how many people are awake and how many are pretending to be crazy and acting stupid. What's more terrifying than being really crazy and stupid is "pretending to be crazy"!
