What?! My System's Missions Were Chosen by the Villain

She was a notorious “loser” on Earth, and now she’d transmigrated into a book!? Good grief! How could such an outrageous plot, something straight out of a novel, happen to her? From the start, the System dumped her on a deserted island. How had transmigrating turned her into a tortoise!? System: “Don’t worry, Host. Your level will keep rising. As long as you complete the missions to win over the villain, you’ll make a comeback and become a mermaid!” Her: “Can’t I just be human?” System: “The levels are tadpole, frog, tortoise, goldfish, koi. Once you reach koi, you can leap up and become a mermaid!” System, have you been playing Summon the Dragon too much or what!? … Mission One: Treat and awaken the villain. The System rubbed its hands together excitedly: Hurry, kiss him! Hurry! Where’s my squad to push their heads together!? She slowly leaned toward the sleeping villain, then… raised her paw and slapped him! The System shrieked in disbelief: Why! Why didn’t you kiss him awake! She rolled her eyes. “I haven’t turned human yet. I’m a tortoise. Are you sure you want me to kiss him?” The image was too awful. She couldn’t bring herself to kiss him, and the System couldn’t bear to imagine it! … Early missions. She scratched her head. “Why do I feel like the villain’s pathetic little simp?” Later missions. She was stunned! Why were the missions getting stranger and stranger? The villain seemed cold and aloof, the restrained type, but behind the scenes he was already holding a pen and planning what the next mission should be!
