My Whole Family Are Ungrateful Wolves, So I Was Reborn to Ruin Them

Jiang Nuan, daughter of a wealthy merchant, marries into the declining General's household as his second wife. She registers her husband's children under her own name and raises them to be successful. She manages the household and uses her dowry to keep the General's household afloat despite its constant deficit. When the Jiang family falls into ruin, her eldest daughter brings her poisoned wine and a strip of white silk, while her eldest and second sons join forces to drive her to her death. At her coffin, she learns that her adopted son and daughter were both born to her husband's mistress. Her husband and his mistress even clasp hands as they mock her, revealing how they had plotted against her all her life. Reborn, Jiang Nuan vows to protect her family. When the children born to the Lu family's mistress call her mother, she has no intention of sparing a single one of them. Her eldest daughter uses her beauty to get her way, so Jiang Nuan will ruin her face! Her eldest son excels in both letters and arms, so she'll break both his legs! Her second son is a good-for-nothing, so she'll make sure he lives up to it! Her scoundrel husband and his mistress can stop hiding, too. She'll make them the laughingstock of the capital. But why is her husband's friend helping her take on his family? What? I'm a widow now, and you still want to marry me?
