One Piece: Max-Level Bloodlust, Terrifying the Empress at Marineford

Feng Yu transmigrated into the world of Pirate King, gained a max-level blessing of impulsiveness, and ate the Phoenix Devil Fruit, becoming the most dangerous human in the world.

Rocks, Sengoku, Garp, Roger, Golden Lion Shiki, Whitebeard, Kaido, and countless others have all been on the receiving end of his devastating slaps.

Akainu: "I just looked at him the wrong way for a second, and he hit me with a whole suit attack."

The Empress: "I only wanted to see if I could capture him, but I never expected to get myself into trouble... and then, sob, sob..."

Feng Yu: "Honestly, when I get impulsive, even I scare myself."
