My Beautiful Practice Diary

Elegance is the abbreviation, and the full name is "Eurythmic Poetry". I like this name! This is a way to practice dancing to understand yourself, your peers, and become more aware of yourself. I have been practicing elegance on and off for many years. I first came into contact with it as a new education teacher. In fact, I want to be more aware of myself and understand myself through writing a diary. I think that as a human being, there is nothing more fundamental than discovering yourself!
