Yang's Pot Roast

The story narrates that the Yang family has experienced many hardships. Through unremitting efforts, battles of wits and courage with the government, bandits, and peers, they established their own brewing workshop - Yang Family Shaoguo in Sanxing City, Longxing, Guandong. From the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, Yang's pot roasting also went from prosperity to decline, and finally became a speck of dust in history.
