Love Letters to My Cinderella

A clinical doctor who seems like a well-behaved bunny but is actually a rebellious tiger, Yi Shu, meets Yan Qing, a sharp-tongued, straight-shooting psychologist who always gets his way. Because of an absurd promise made by their fathers, the two are forced to marry. Living under the same roof, they fall for each other over time. But Yi Shu has to reject Yan Qing’s advances because she has a secret she can’t tell anyone. So she decides to do the opposite of what she should. Her first move: appeal to his tastes by eating the luosifen he hates! But he says, “It’s delicious!” Her second move: since gentlemen have always loved beautiful women, she puts on ugly makeup and dresses in clothes so tacky they could make your eyes water! He says again, “You’re breathtakingly beautiful.” Her third move: stay faithful, so she stages an affair with someone else to force him to divorce her. But Yan Qing pulls her into his arms and slips a letter into her hand, gentle as can be. “A love letter, for my Cinderella.” Oh, so he discovered her secret long ago. Her friend laughs. “How did this horror story turn into a fairy tale?”
