The Fable of the Eagle

I have been working in the office as secretary, programmer, dormitory administrator, database administrator, maintained computers, managed branch performance, developed, maintained and operated monitoring systems for more than 10 years, managed training, worked with many leaders, and been a supervisor for more than ten years. I have been valued, attacked, and dealt with countless leaders. I rely on economic theory. This was actually the darkest six years. I relied on learning economic theory to fight, writing notes and analysis every day, relying on Sun Tzu's Art of War to be invincible and waiting for the opponent to make mistakes. This year, my director was demoted, one of my deputy managers was transferred, and one of my deputy managers was fired. I took off again, haha

There are more than 1,000 notes to be compiled into a book. They are all analyzes of different work and life. I wrote them for 6 years. They are very important to me. I am still writing them now, one article a day.

Life is full of ups and downs, and you encounter many difficulties. The greater your abilities, the greater your responsibilities. The greater the difficulties, the more jealous people, the ones you win over, the ones you exclude, all have their own agendas. I have come into contact with hundreds of leaders, all of whom have to deal with it. I have been an assistant for 5 years and a supervisor for 12 years. I have developed many systems and have a Beida Jade Bird Software Engineer Certificate. There are many stories, haha.

I consider myself a strategist, and I specialize in giving advice to colleagues and leaders. This is also my foundation. Therefore, I use economics to analyze people and compete for the leading unit in branch system management and control for my unit. I have supported two leaders from the beginning to the top, and I have to use economic principles when dealing with countless managers.

Everything started from the first day when I reported to the unit and met with the director of human resources, who is now the boss of a department. He handed me over to the director of the party office. The director of the party office said that he selected me because he saw my resume and knew how to develop systems. Later, all the staff in the office gathered around me. The director complimented me, but the vice president pulled me away and said, "Don't learn from them." After that, I was managed by the boss for 18 years. I built a business, developed systems, and installed them in all branches. I learned economics, English, game theory, programming, writing, and chatted with various managers. That's how life is.
