After I Fell on Hard Times, the Heavenly Dao Was Forced to Fall in Love

As the Heavenly Dao, Shu Liguang was ordered to abandon all emotion and desire. Three hundred years later, she returned, having cultivated the Heartless Dao and received the rites of the Heavenly Dao. Her final trial was to descend to the mortal realm and reclaim her power. On the very day she arrived, A Li picked up two men: one seemed like a son, the other like an enemy. She could guess that at least one of them was her brother's doing, since he didn't want her to cultivate the Heartless Dao and become cold and unfeeling. As for the one who seemed like an enemy, she had no idea why he was getting close to her. While carefully keeping an eye on him, A Li discovered that he possessed some of her divine power, which she could only reclaim through intimate contact. Goddess: Oh no, this is a headache. When they first met: A Li asked, “Do you like me?” Her question left Mu Wujin momentarily at a loss for words. He sneered inwardly, thinking this woman must be so desperate for a man she'd lost her mind. Mu Wujin smiled at A Li. “Don't like me? Then you want to kill me,” A Li continued. Xiao Han: “Brother Mu, do you like A Li?” Mu Wujin looked at him as if he were an idiot. Mu Wujin: ...How could he possibly like a woman like that? “The way you look at A Li isn't innocent,” Xiao Han insisted, certain Mu Wujin was just pretending otherwise, because he was always staring into space while watching A Li walk away. Mu Wujin's inner thoughts: Does a look that says I want to kill her count as innocent? Later, when Xiao Han asked Mu Wujin the same question again, there was no longer any murderous glint in his eyes. Mu Wujin's inner thoughts: He doesn't want to like her either, but she keeps kissing him. Who doesn't like kissing? Shu Liguang: I only wanted to get some of my power back. What do I do now that he's caught feelings?
