Falling for Pure Love

A pure-hearted, reserved campus beauty who secretly falls in love × a gorgeous girl who avoids men and loves all three alternative fashion styles

Wen Ji, from the computer science department at Qingzhou University, was solitary and gloomy. He had a handsome face but wasn't a flirt, a campus heartthrob to be admired from afar but never touched.

Lu Xixi, from the same department, embodied all three alternative fashion styles. She was both alluring and sweet, with a gentle nature and a generous heart.

Though the two proud souls should never have crossed paths, one day a poster on the university forum shared a rumor, accompanied by a blurry photo:

Two figures embracing beneath the dappled, dazzling lights in the campus gardens, the boy's long, strong legs hidden beneath the girl's billowing skirt.

Everyone knew who it was, and the forum erupted.

In the first rain of autumn, someone clearly photographed Wen Ji, rumored to have no interest in women, and Lu Xixi, who always said she wasn't looking for a relationship, sharing an umbrella in the rain.

In the hands of that campus heartthrob was a flat-pack box containing a custom-designed dress.

Their love story came to an abrupt end after their senior year. Lu Xixi, who had been accepted to graduate school, took a leave of absence, while Wen Ji founded a successful studio.

Everyone thought Lu Xixi had died in an accident. Only the friends closest to her knew that Wen Ji stayed by her side year after year.

The day Lu Xixi woke up, Wen Ji buried his face against her neck, unable to hold back his tears.

He built a cage for her and kept her like a treasured songbird.

And she willingly gave herself to him.

It isn't the world that is beautiful. It's you.
