This Lord Is a Bit of a Tryhard

You have been wasting materials and selling equipment to strengthen the territory's defense. What you want to do is to recruit explosive troops. Three warlocks can destroy the wolves. You waste materials to make city defense tools. I don't understand 🤦🏻‍♂️

So the lord is useless at all, just a decoration?
