I Picked Up a Mermaid for a Wife

[Sweet romance + fantasy + mermaid love + subtle flirtation] Xiyin is a princess of the merfolk. She sneaked out, only to fall asleep and get stranded on the shore when the tide went out. A Sheng is an orphan. Afraid that bad people might take Xiyin away, he brought her home while she was still asleep. When she woke up, he told her to leave, but she clung to him instead! Helpless, A Sheng resigned himself to teaching her how to talk, eat, and walk. Then Xiyin accidentally kissed him. After getting a taste of how sweet it was, Xiyin started looking for ways to get kisses every day. Xiyin’s big tail gave A Sheng a lot to worry about. He was afraid someone would recognize her and capture her. “Xiyin, I heard mermaids can grow legs. How do you do it?” Xiyin tilted her head and thought carefully for a moment. “The forbidden book says you have to kiss a human of the opposite sex...” A Sheng’s face instantly turned red to the tips of his ears. “A young lady should be a little more proper!” Their happy life was soon shattered when Xiyin’s tail was discovered. With a great spiritual master harassing and pursuing them, what will become of them?
