A Qing Dynasty Red Chamber Tale: The Lin Family's Eldest Daughter Has a Cursed Tongue

Lin Feiyu transmigrates into the daughter of Jia Min and Lin Ruhai. Determined to repay her adoptive parents for raising and teaching her, she vows to take good care of the Lin family: father and daughters alike. The trouble is, Lin Feiyu has a jinxing tongue. Good things never come true when she says them, but bad things always do. Thanks to her attentive care, Lin Daiyu gradually grows healthier and becomes a lively, lovely young woman. After being frightened several times by Lin Feiyu’s jinxing predictions, the Jia family, who had assumed the Lin sisters had come to mooch off them, no longer dare scheme against the girls. Instead, they fawn over them. In the imperial garden, Xuanye catches one glimpse of Lin Feiyu from afar and can’t take his eyes off her again. As he captures Oboi, puts down the Three Feudatories, repels Russia, and secures the northwest, Xuanye discovers that Lin Feiyu, whose jinxing tongue everyone avoids, is actually his lucky star. With her by his side, everything goes twice as smoothly. Only belatedly does he realize that he can no longer bear to be without her. He wants to share every good thing with her alone, even the throne he loves most in all the world, which he wants to leave only to their child.
