Searching for Immortality Through Reincarnation: Starting as a Beggar

Across the Myriad Worlds, where can the path to immortality be found?

Some say a golden core can carry you through three trials.

Some say joining your body with the Dao will take you up three sacred mountains.

Others say that if you devote yourself to one thing, even cooking and drinking can make you an immortal.

Some insist on strictly observing precepts and commandments, while lovers choose to cultivate the heartless Dao.

Others say, what rules? I'll just drift through life amid wine, women, wealth, and ambition.

Li Yu steps into the cycle of reincarnation.

Some call him a boor, others a refined scholar.

Some praise him as a free-spirited rake, while others fear him as a peerless demon.

He says he's just an ordinary man. But with talent like his, he might as well cultivate into an immortal of the mortal world.
