The Actress from Another Era Is Captivated by the Cold Fourth Master

[The trigger warnings are in the synopsis. If you don't understand, read the main text.] The Fourth Master of the Duan family was aloof and eccentric by nature, taciturn, ruthless, and decisive. His psychiatrist said he was ill. At eighteen, he was cast out by his family. That same year, a mysterious force brought him into contact with a little girl from ancient times. They could share sight, hearing, and even pain. The little girl was blind and was always chattering in his ear, telling him she had no parents and had to eat cold leftovers and spoiled food. But through his eyes, she learned about airplanes, cars, phones, and computers... At twenty-eight, the Fourth Master found the little girl. Her voice was gentle, her body soft, her temperament mild. She was methodical, knew right from wrong, and had a clear understanding of things. She was innocent and knew nothing of the ways of the world. But when he wasn't looking, she would smile as she splashed someone with wine, lock people in a warehouse full of rats with a blank expression, or act pitifully while saying, “I don't blame you for hitting me so hard. If anyone's to blame, it's me. My skin turns red at the slightest touch.” And when the Fourth Master found out, she would cuddle up to him and say sweetly, “You brought me here, so you're responsible for me. Otherwise, I'll expose you as a heartless man.” Duan Jiuru: I could have sworn I picked up a delicate little flower. How did she change color over time?
