[Secret identities, satisfying revenge, little screen time for the male lead early on] Everyone knows Jiang Ruan is the fake heiress. People are waiting to see the true and false heiresses tear into each other, only to find that the real heiress loses the very first round. Jiang Mo: “I'm the real heiress. Get out of the Jiang family.” Jiang Ruan promptly produces the property deed and crosses her legs. “Sorry, this house is mine. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.” Jiang Mo: “My fiancé is mine, and I'm the real heiress who's engaged to him. Back off.” Jiang Ruan: “A dumbass and a dog belong together forever. You two are made for each other. I'm out.” Jiang Mo: “I'm the real heiress of a wealthy family.” Jiang Ruan: “Your dad is my dad's driver. Which one of us do you think comes from a wealthy family?” Jiang Mo shows off the work of a top designer, who recently became Jiang Ruan's apprentice. Jiang Mo wants to use money to buy her way to becoming a Best Actress, but who could have guessed Jiang Ruan had earned her success with her talent and looks? Before long, the onlookers realize it doesn't matter who's real or fake. Every time the true heiress tries to show off or frame Jiang Ruan, she gets face-slapped. Ever since the fake heiress was exposed, the true heiress's face seems to have been swollen nonstop.
