Notes on the Hunt for Strangers Part 2 Preview

It tells the story of Meng Nan, who has the ability to perceive, and his assistant Han Jie to hunt down criminals in a world where one percent of people will evolve supernatural powers. It is similar to the original prequel of the short series "Notes of the Inhuman Chase".
