A sudden supernatural case involved a mysterious confrontation between superpowers. The mysterious team, symbolized by the black robe, conducts strange experiments on the diversification of superpower attributes in the remote mountains and wilderness where no one cares. Aware of the seriousness of the matter, the Department of Supernatural Powers invited the powerful stranger, Superpower Man, who had long since retired, to secretly investigate the black robe team. In order to prevent the superpower man from revealing his true identity during the process, the person in charge of the superpower department named the plan "Superpower Man" and used the high-profile superpower competition as the best cover.
