Gentle as You, Forever in My Heart

To everyone else, Xu Shuming is gentle as jade and taciturn. Only Zhao Nianqing can stir his obsessive possessiveness. Before meeting Zhao Nianqing, Xu Shuming had no idea he could go so crazy over someone, crazy enough to want to hide her away. The first time Xu Shuming saw Zhao Nianqing, he was sixteen. Standing outside the courtyard wall, he spotted her leaning against a second-floor window. In the hazy rain, she was so beautiful that his heart skipped a beat. The first time Zhao Nianqing saw Xu Shuming, she was fifteen. Leaning against the window, she saw a young man standing beneath an umbrella outside the courtyard gate, tall and graceful, with handsome features. I will love you from the first stirrings of young love until our hair turns white.
