The Spoiled Consort Wants a Divorce

Goofy heiress VS arrogant emperor This is a comedy with the occasional heartbreak. The romance between the emperor and his consort is at its heart, with four pairs of legendary couples, each with a different dynamic. Come give it a try! A young emperor has just ascended the throne. The Empress Dowager rules from behind the curtain, and foreign powers are watching like hawks. What’s he to do? After analyzing the situation, the emperor decides to strengthen his rule through marriage alliances. But apparently, the daughter of a powerful prime minister is a spoiled brat who drinks, gambles, visits brothels, and does every other wicked thing under the sun? The emperor rubs his forehead. “It’s only a marriage of convenience. I can put up with it!” She’s openly searching for the white-robed gentleman she fell in love with at first sight, and before the wedding, she even flaunts her affection for her own brother in front of the emperor? He tears off the green hat on his head. “Let’s see how I make sure you can marry no one but me!” As it turns out, on the very first day after marrying her, the emperor clutches his swollen head and can only weep in frustration. “Heaven, please take this tyrannical shrew who dares deceive her sovereign away!” The woman gives him a wicked smile. “Want to escape this living hell? Divorce me first!” But the emperor refuses to play by the rules. Not only does he refuse to divorce her, he finds all sorts of ways to torment her, and in the end, he even manages to get her “killed”? After narrowly escaping the palace with her life, the woman discovers that rebellion is brewing, powerful enemies surround them, and there’s nowhere left in the realm that’s truly peaceful. “Please, heroine, save me!” The emperor, now adrift among the common folk and being hunted, grabs the woman’s leg in desperation. Recognizing him, she raises her cleaver with a sinister smile. “You’re lucky I haven’t settled the score with you yet, and you dare come looking for me? Then let’s settle the old and new scores all at once!” Follow the “runaway” heiress and the emperor on a romantic “adventure” as they go from trying to kill each other to risking their lives for each other.
