Not the One Who Kowtows

The protagonist Miaomiao is the owner of a hotel. On his son's birthday, he had a car accident on his way to the Empress Temple. Miaomiao's car happened to hit her uncle who was on his way to her son's birthday party and seriously injured him. Despite all efforts to rescue him, his life could not be saved. The shock wave caused by this accident was huge, and it directly changed the living conditions of Miaomiao and the entire family. The life and destiny of each family member also changed to varying degrees. The novel focuses on this unfortunate accident that was bound by family ties.
