The Little Widow of Ximen Daguan's Household

The surname Ximen usually brings some unsavory associations to mind, especially when the person bearing it is called Master Ximen. And in Ximen Yu’s case, those associations are quite fitting. Ximen Yu’s ideal life is to make piles of money and comfort the lonely, empty souls of countless women. In other words, seduce them, then glide through life without a care. The term “young widow” carries an air of sorrow and bad luck. But a young widow known as the “Widow of Calamity, the Star of Utter Yin” somehow gives that melancholy a murderous edge. These two should never have crossed paths. But after a heaven-sent injustice, the rakish Master Ximen, a notorious womanizer, ends up marrying the Li family’s young widow, whose murderous aura reaches for the sky. And so their story begins.
