My Love, You Rule the World

When I returned to the Heavenly Realm, I was momentarily dazzled. Across from me, among three thousand heavenly soldiers, stood the War God in silver armor. Yet only a few years ago, he had always stood in front of me. At the land of Chishui, he traded his eyes for a spirit stone just to send me to my death. The girl came back to herself from her memories and laughed aloud. “You want me dead so badly that you'd rather give up your eyes and fall from immortality than let me live. You're just like them. None of you can tolerate me! I understood it far too late.” Chixue looked at the person before him and raised his sword. “Fate cannot be defied. Disaster Star, turn back before it's too late.” The spirit stone could eradicate all evil and calamity, transforming them into a pure and benevolent soul. But the price was that whoever used it would be trapped forever in the land of Chishui, turned into stone and becoming the next spirit stone. “That's a relief,” the girl blurted out. Before anyone could react, the black-cloaked girl leapt from the Spirit-Slaying Altar. The dreaded Disaster Star had taken her own life, her body and spirit utterly destroyed. “I don't want to become immortal. The four seas are nothing but calamity,” she said. He chuckled. “Then I'll go with you.” “If I could defy the heavens and change my fate, I would vow never again to give in to delusion. Yet, with white silk and blood beneath my feet, I vow never again to give in to delusion.”
