The Patriarch Who Bewitches the Masses with Lies

He transmigrates as the founding patriarch of a sect, and can grow stronger by putting his disciples in their place. Ding! Congratulations, Host, you've acquired a superior talent in the language category: Deceptive Persuasion (Beginner). Beginner talent effect: Every word you say has an air of absolute credibility. The newly recruited genius disciple is full of confidence, but puts on a humble front: “Patriarch, this disciple is dull-witted. I accidentally broke the cultivation record for the entire continent just now.” The Patriarch: “Oh, I see.” Disciple: “???” Patriarch, I broke the record! The Patriarch: “Yes, you're the 9,527th. Don't be discouraged. Once the 9,526 senior disciples ahead of you die of old age, you'll be number one.” Disciple: “...” Ding! Beginner-level dimensional strike complete. The disciple's combat power has increased by 1,000%, and their talent by 2,000%. The Patriarch's respect rating has risen to: Obedient to every word. Mental state: Guilt (My talent is too poor; I've let the sect down.) Ding! Dimensional strike effect: perfect. Patriarch reward: a thousand years of life, a ten-thousand-year true soul, divine power passed directly into your mind, peerless martial arts experience... The Patriarch: “Hey, did that really get to you? The disciples I've recruited over the past two years don't seem to have much resilience.” With the passage of time, this little sect became the most powerful holy land, gathering the greatest geniuses on the entire continent, though they refused to admit it! “I'm trash, the biggest trash in the world!” “The only person who might be even more useless than me is my fellow disciple. He joined the sect before I did.”
