Why does the protagonist feel so incompetent that even low-level martial artists dare not fight him?

I quit this book after reading thirty chapters. There is nothing poisonous, but there is nothing exciting about it. The routines are the same over and over again, just like those system white articles. It really doesn't arouse much interest. Generally speaking, the theme of upgrading the world is good, but I feel that the author has not used this theme well to show off his power in front of others. Maybe there may be some highlights in the later chapters, but the first thirty chapters are too boring, slipping away.
