Fake Trip to the South

In those books, women were allowed to be emperors, and they could also implement "female dynasty for all generations". It is ninety-six thousand miles away, and it will take ninety-nine and eighty-one calamities. Wu Zetian then ordered 56-year-old Tang Yijing (also known as Tang Sanbao) to go to the South China Sea to obtain Buddhist scriptures. From then on, he embarked on his journey to the south, and successively collected Yuan Konghuan, Xiang Shapo, and camel dogs (camel dogs were mounts). After walking less than half the distance, Yang Li was recruited at Yangjiao Mountain, making up the four masters and apprentices. Among them, Yang Li was a spy placed by the Jade Emperor in the scripture-seeking team, which led to the failure of the scripture-seeking team. Yuan Konghuan was trapped in Tianyan Cave on Fotou Mountain, and Wu Zetian's "female dynasty for all generations" came to nothing. She died in Zen in the first year of Shenlong (705) at the age of eighty-two. On their way to the south to learn scriptures, the four masters and apprentices visited ten countries, nine states, eight counties and twelve villages. Whenever they visited a country, they must instill in the king the idea of ​​loving the people and benevolent government. When I go to a state or a county, I will personally visit the sufferings of the people and reach heaven to listen. Many stories in the book are based on reality and are worth savoring.
