Dreaming for a Living

The abandoned building in the second dream was adapted from a real location. My family lives in the countryside, surrounded by many mountains. There is such an abandoned building not far from my home. It used to be a primary school + junior high school. Children a few years older than me also went to school there. I don't know why this place was abandoned. In fact, when I was a child, it was rare to see such a multi-story building, so I always felt puzzled. Every time I passed by, I wanted to go up and take a look, but I never had the courage to go there. I always felt inexplicably scared, so I had to write it out in a book and make up a story to pretend that I had been there. (The 4-story building in the picture is the abandoned building)

But sometimes when I dream about all kinds of novel and complete worlds, I feel like I briefly glimpsed my own experience in a parallel world after falling asleep. After watching "Rick and Morty", sometimes I wonder if our current selves are really who we have always been?
