Maple Red Wine

All encounters are unexpected reunions after a long absence. This is a feast of heroes. The heroes toast and drink and move towards their own different futures. Each timeline is a different dream color. There was only one tavern with red maple leaves. The proprietress gently wiped the storyteller's sweat, handed her a cup and went over to moisten her throat. The storyteller started telling those old stories that no one liked to hear.
