The Gods Above Your Head

The gods watch over all things from three feet above one's head. They are emotionless, and so they endure to watch over all living beings.

But must one be emotionless to endure?

The world is without feeling, and yet the world remains.

The sun and moon are without feeling, and yet they never perish.

The Great Dao is without feeling, and yet it is eternal.

It seems that everything in existence proves that only by being emotionless can one truly live forever.

Having returned once more, Mu Yang does not want to be emotionless, so he refuses to attain the Dao. That's all there is to it.

He will make those gods three feet above our heads become every single person!
