It directly describes the face, clothing, and temperament, or reflects the character's mood through the surrounding environment, and enhances the atmosphere... You wrote it in the book, but it was basically just a quick brushstroke. As a result, I couldn't even create a specific character image after reading several chapters. (It may be related to the fact that I have read very few novels on this subject, but I think it is better to treat readers as if they are reading this type of book for the first time) Secondly, it feels like you are rushing to promote the plot, and no matter how rich the content is, it cannot withstand the consumption of fast food. If your rich dialogue is supplemented by corresponding description of the environment, it can establish the character image to a great extent and slow down the pace appropriately, in line with the main tone of your work.
