What is love? A medicine, a poison; a miracle cure, a condition beyond all remedies. What is waiting? Enduring, holding on; longing until your eyes ache, remaining faithful without wavering. What is parting? The heart, the body; shattered into pieces, together in appearance but apart at heart. I once thought you were the only light in the first half of my life. But I never imagined you would be the darkness of all the years to come.
