I kind of don't understand the story... Why did you write that introduction? Wouldn't it be better to start the text directly? Or maybe the author can explain the plot to me?

The language the protoss "speak" (transmit) is called Khalani. Other races that "hear" Kara can only hear meaningless sounds if they do not receive special care from the protoss (referring to assisting in translation).
