Winter Fades in Spring

[Yandere, unhinged mute male lead vs. optimistic, resilient, softhearted female lead] Shen Chunshu is Bo Shidong’s salvation and deepest longing. At nine, he was forced to swallow charcoal. Because he did not receive timely treatment, he became mute. At ten, he was framed for stealing a gun, and his father, the head of the Bo family, sent him to a remote village without even asking any questions. Just when he had lost all hope in the world, Shen Chunshu, with her innocent kindness, saved him. From then on, the deep snow that had covered Bo Shidong’s heart for years began to melt. They spent six years keeping each other company as brother and sister. Separated by circumstances beyond their control, they met again eight years later. As Shen Chunshu had once hoped, she had made her way out of her hometown’s mountain village through her own hard work. As for Bo Shidong, he was no longer the little mute who could barely even manage sign language. He had become the current head of the Bo family, with unrivaled power in the northern reaches of Country A. When an unfamiliar voice entered her world, the word “Sis” brought the grown-up Shen Chunshu back to the past in her memories. Reality took a drastic turn. Her reunion with Bo Shidong killed the innocent and spared the hateful, while Shen Chunqiu herself became hateful because of a twisted idea of “love.”
