Keeper of the Abyssal Secrets

(Investigators, please make a 1d6 Sanity check.)

Beneath the deep sea, near a sunken ship, an ancient creature has reappeared, prompting a large-scale scientific expedition involving a host of scientists, including the male lead. But this is neither a miracle of nature nor a mutation caused by some mysterious weapon left over from a war. It is a one-sided slaughter by an unseen enemy. The ocean becomes a cage for humanity, whose curiosity has run rampant, while the abyss becomes a breeding ground for the flower of evil. The true rulers of this world are watching the insignificant human race. Some choose to become servants of the darkness; others choose to fight against the unknowable and powerful. What will the investigators do?

Face the indescribable, explore the unknowable, and trade madness and soul for the truth about this world.
