Dear Happy

Some people are unhappy when their families are bare, some are multi-millionaires, but they are not happy either; some people are unhappy when their families are broken up, and some people are still unhappy when their families are happy. What is happiness? The pronunciation, which is obviously very simple, is all four tones, done in one go. But why is it just like a ghost? I have heard of it but never seen it.
