Sunflower II

This is an ordinary romantic tale about a Japanese couple, told through a dialogue between a young person born in the Heisei era and someone born in the Showa era of 1935. In truth, love is much the same in every generation, and so is the life people lead. Almost everything around us is much the same, leaving only the familiar debate over whether society is more advanced and technology more developed. Love itself can be as melancholy and beautiful as cherry blossoms, or as radiant and lovely as sunflowers. Beginning with a trip to Thailand, this story explores why love can change people.
