Whirlpool of Life

This is the story of a family, and also the story of you and me! The author starts from the perspective of the protagonist and uses realistic writing methods to tell the life changes of several generations of a family. The grandfather retired and let his frail and unmarried brother-in-law take over. He also scraped together things to help his sister-in-law and her family settle in the city. As the eldest son of the family, the protagonist's father began to shoulder part of the family burden since he was a child. He did not finish elementary school and stayed in the countryside after getting married. An ordinary family seems to be calm, but as time goes by, beneath the calm surface is a whirlpool that has been dormant for a long time.
