Are all these good reviews paid?

I read it and got negative reviews. There are too many inner dramas between the protagonist and the supporting characters. I'll get tired of it after reading a few more. The story is a good one, but I can't read it if it's written like this.

The whole book gives the impression that a reincarnation without a positive attitude towards life leads a group of supporting characters with unqualified IQs and another group of villains with negative IQs to perform a bloody drama.
