The Wind Whistles, Yet the Water Is Not Cold

Standing at the capital's airport, Xiao Xi watches the crowds come and go, but the one person she longs to see is nowhere in sight. “It’s been three years. I’m back. Gu Yihan, how have you been?” Looking at this city, at once familiar and strange, Xiao Xi feels a pang of sadness. The person she has been longing for is sitting in a nearby café, silently watching her, his eyes filled with a depth of emotion they have never shown before. After watching her for a long while, Gu Yihan forces himself to resist the urge to approach and strides out of the airport. “Xiao Xi, we have all the time in the world!”

This is a sweet romance set at school and in the city, with a little angst. The leads are separated for three years for various reasons, but once the heroine returns, it’s sweetness all the way!
