This book is well written! ! ! !
I've only read Chapter 6 and I can't stand it anymore. The main actor holds 55% of the company's shares, but he's actually being forced by other directors. He's unable to make a decision. Even with 55% of the shares, the words of 5% are not effective? What is absolute controlling rights? Doesn't the author understand? I read the comments and the few comments only show that this book is well-written. . . . . . . And I'm not afraid of you deleting your comments
