Operation: Reform the Divine Lord

A scheming fox who wants to take a crooked path to godhood gets tangled up with an unlucky god whom all the deities in Heaven avoid. She fails to rise to the top, but somehow ends up giving away her heart instead.

A girl who sprang out of a stone spits out a mouthful of blood.

Hey!

Old Earth God, what did you just say?! You want me to help that unlucky guy do good deeds and build up karma, and then put in a good word for me when he achieves enlightenment?!

Are you kidding me? Being a monster is the best. Why would I want to become a god?

I, for one, am not doing it!

From the highest heavens to the deepest underworld, why can’t that rotten luck ever be cleansed?!!

And could you please consider whether I can handle being inexplicably dumped in another world to look for something?
