The Return of the Strongest Tang Monk

In a previous life, I battled you, you cheeky monkey, for eight hundred years.

In another life, I discussed the Dao with the Buddha for a thousand years.

In that life, I made Chang’e the Jade Emperor.

In an earlier life, I drove the underworld into the heavens.

“Though the past still lives on, I remain on the Journey to the West. When will the search for the Dao end? Where is the finish line?” With his palms pressed together, Tang Sanzang gazes ahead, defying enemies on every side. This is already his thirty-third journey west to obtain the scriptures.

“The Heavenly Dao, the Tathagata, the Old Lord, the Celestial Venerable... There are quite a few enemies in this life. The scriptures of the Thirty-Three Heavens really are a curse.” Tang Sanzang holds the Supreme Invincible Scriptures of the Journey to the West. Though he faces many enemies, he will not let them go, because after eighty thousand years on the Journey to the West, this is the only thing he believes might help him get home.
