The Ghost Girl

Wan Zitong is the ordinary online alias chosen by an ordinary girl named Ding Ziyan. If you like reading or browsing online, you may have seen my name around.

That’s right, I’m that girl!

I can hide my inner timidity behind a tough exterior. At midnight, I write my story, Ghost Festival: Red Eyes, never imagining that anything involving ghosts and spirits in the real world would have anything to do with me. But one night, everything suddenly changed. A little child appeared out of nowhere, called herself a fairy, and called me Mommy; a pigeon who claimed to be my lover in a past life and could transform into a handsome young man; an ancient house shaped like a coffin, where I had lived since childhood; and a bizarre identity: Ghost Girl!

Did I really encounter a ghost, or did the ghost encounter me?

Behind the layers of fog, what is the ultimate truth, and who is the person I love most?

Wan Zitong’s latest horror novel, Ghost Girl, tells the strange story of A Zi herself.
