Forget Me Not: Empress, Surrender!

[Yan Su'er]

Her name is Yan Su'er. She is both a princess and a modern-day assassin. Because of her mother's jade stone, she came from the modern world to his side. She loves him, but fate has set her on a quest to find something. The happiness they shared was more precious than anything in the world.

Just as she was ready to give everything up and grow old with him, he held another woman in his arms, his tenderness no longer what it once was.

[Jing Qiufeng]

He is the emperor of the Jingshui Kingdom, ruler of the most prosperous nation. He can have anything he wants, yet it all pales beside the little girl who fell from the sky.

He once doubted where she came from, but he loves her. Whoever she may be, he will stay by her side forever. The happiness they shared was more precious than anything in the world.

Danger closes in from all sides. When he trades everything he has for her, she actually doubts his love. Has she not noticed, or has she never believed him from the start? He is helpless. He does not want to hurt her, and he cannot bear to see her cry.

“You are my empress, no matter what kind of assassin you are. Now surrender quietly!”
