Now and That Year

After so many years of going around in circles, I finally came back. Sadly, it was just me who came back. A friend once said with a smile: Without fruit, you will quickly wither. In fact, without him, I shriveled up just as quickly. The speed was unexpected. But I never thought that he was still there, waiting.
